Meet Dr. Anne Kwok, DMD
From a young age, Dr. Kwok knew she wanted a career centered on caring for others. While her family worked in the pharmacy field, she felt drawn in a different direction. During her sophomore year of college, she participated in a summer medical/dental program at Rutgers University. That experience, along with her mother’s personal dental journey, inspired her to pursue dentistry.
What initially drew her in, and still drives her passion today, is the way dentistry brings together so many things she loves: working with her hands, creating a stunning result she can feel proud of, and the absolute privilege of giving back to others with her skills. As she puts it, “It's engineering and artistry and patient care all rolled into one.”
Putting Your Needs First, Beyond the Chair
Dr. Ann has one goal for the patients who visit here: when you leave, you should have answers, not more questions. She always takes the time to explain what is happening with your mouth and the treatment she recommends. She also does so in a way that makes sense to you, whether that’s drawing up a diagram, rephrasing her explanation, or just giving you her time until you feel confident in the next steps.
Keeping Busy Outside of the Office
When she is not helping patients, Dr. Kwok is exploring Sarasota with her husband, Travis, and their two children, Olivia and Lucas. You might find them at the local aquarium or beach. She also enjoys sewing, traveling, and quiet evenings reading.

Theresa, Dental Hygienist
I joined the Kwok team in 1999 I am an active member in the American Dental Hygiene Association and give back to the profession by teaching at State College of Florida Dental Hygiene Program. I live in North Port with my husband, Matt and my three children Colin, Ashley and Trenton. We enjoy all family activities such as boating, camping, fishing, outdoor and indoor sports.
Chastity
I started in the office May 2015. I have been in dentistry since 1993 and I am very fortunate to have a profession I truly love. I am responsible for assisting Dr. Ann Kwok in creating beautiful, healthy smiles one client at a time. I was born and raised in Venice, FL. In my off time, you can find me traveling to different rodeo and bull riding events. I also help my husband, Wagner whom I married in 2011, manage his company Champion Pavers.
Jeanne, Office Manager
I joined Riverside Smiles in May 2025 and love being part of a team that truly cares for our patients. My husband and I are celebrating 33 wonderful years of marriage, and we’re proud parents of two children who are now married themselves. At home, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, grand dogs, and my cat. Giving back to the community through volunteering is something I’m very passionate about. In my quieter moments, you’ll usually find me in the garden or enjoying a good book.
